Hubert Mawuli Yevu-Agbi, a journalist, has been appointed as the acting regional secretary of the Ghana Journalist Association(GJA) – Volta/Oti chapter, at an emergency general meeting on Friday, 7th February, 2020, by the leadership of the Association in the region.
Mr. Yevu-Agbi who also serve as an assistant Registrar at the Ho Technical University assumed this position following the resignation of Mr Alberto Mario Norreti.
Mr Hubert Mawuli Yevu-Agbi’s appointment takes effect from March 1, 2020 in accordance with the provision of the Association’s constitution.
Earlier on, former Starr FM’s Volta regional correspondent, Lambert Kofi Atsivor, has also been given a new role as the administrative officer for GJA-Volta/Oti. His role began with immediate effect.
Mr. Atsivor is the assistant editor of an online news portal voltaonlinegh.com.
