Foster Adzowu is a 10 year old primary one pupil at Adaklu Hehekpoe SDA Basic School who carries dreadlocks.
He tells Ex TV that, the parents said his hair was a unique one from God and needs no cutting.
Headmaster of the school, Edward Kodzo Ahiagba corroborated Foster’s story adding that he was told cutting the hair has spiritual implications on Foster.
Foster says he enjoys school life just like other kids.
