The Ghana Football Association has announced a review of its aid to the Regional Football Associations in the country on Tuesday, August 30,2022 during the association’s 2022 congress in Accra.
The President of the football governing body in the country, Mr. Kurt Simeon Okraku announced that the association will increase the financial support of all Regional Football Associations(RFAs) from Gh¢3500 to Gh¢10,000 monthly. The increment in turns increased the RFAs yearly subventions from Gh¢42,000 to Gh¢120,000.
The president added that the association will also increase the monthly allowance of the Chairmen of the ten(10) Regional Football Associations to Gh¢2000.
Concluding on the support to Regional Football Associations, Mr. Kurt Simon Okraku indicated that all the RFAs will receive brand new pick up trucks to replace old trucks currently used by the various chairmen.
