Ghanaian Workers base pay increased by 30%

After weeks of inconclusive negotiations, the Government of Ghana and Organized Labour have agreed on the base pay of workers for 2023.

According to a communique issued by parties involved in the negotiations on 12th January 2023, the base pay for the Single Spine Salary Structure has been increased by 30% across board for the year 2023, starting January 1, 2023.
