Mixed Martial Arts Team of Ghana won a total of 9 medals Tuesday night. These medals comprised 1 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze.
Unfortunately, all the medals won will not count on the medal table since Martial Arts is a demonstration sports at this year’s African Games.
Ghana previously placed at 10th position have now dropped to 12th position on African Game medal table.
Libya entered the the top ten of the table, currently seating 9th after amassing a gold and 8 silver medals.
Namibia overtaking Ghana to seat 11th after after adding a gold and 2 silver medals to their medal stock from Tuesday, 12th March events.
