Nana Oheneba Akoto donates to Volta Hockey Team

Nana Oheneba Akoto has donated 15 Hockey sticks to the Volta Hockey team on Saturday June 8,2024 after the team excelled at the just ended L.K.Agyemfra Hockey tournament in the Eastern Region.

According to Nana Oheneba Akoto, he was impressed with the performance of the team and want the team to progress from one stage to another level and also develop the game in the Volta Region by producing players for the national team in the future.

“I was impressed with your performance in the just ended tournament in Koforidua.I want the team to progress from this stage to another level.I want the game to also develop in the Volta Region so as to produce players for the national team in the future.”

He urged the young ones to continue training hard and be discipline in their training.

The technical director of the Volta team, Mr Joseph otto thanked Nana Oheneba Akoto and promised to utilize the equipment for the development of the game in the region.
