CAF confirms qualified teams for the 2023/2024 Champions League

CAF has confirmed qualification of sixteen (16) teams for the 2023/2024 CAF Champions League.
The teams have been seeded into 4 pots ahead of the final draw in Johannesburg,South Africa.

Below are the pots:

Pot 1:
Al Ahly (Egypt)
Wydad AC(Morocco
Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia)
Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)

Pot 2:
CR Belouizdad (Algeria)
Pyramids (Egypt)
Simba(Tanzania)
Petro de Luanda(Angola )

Pot 3:

TP Mazembe (DR Congo)
Al Hilal (Sudan)
ASEC Mimosas (Ivory Coast)
Young Africans (Tanzania)

Pot 4:

Étoile du Sahel (Tunisia)
Jwaneng Galaxy (Botswana )
FC Nouadhibou (Mauritania)
Medeama (Ghana)

The final draw for the group stages of the competition is set for October 6, 2023.
