Abandoned Youth Resource Centre in Volta Region.
Former Sports Minister, Hon. Isaac Asiamah cut sod for this project in March 2018 and promised it was going to be completed in 9 months.
Work started and stalled until March 2023 when the place was chosen for Ghana’s 66th independence anniversary parade.
Not even the celebration could push for the completion of this facility.
