The Director General of the Ghana Education Service has instructed the headmaster of the Dzodze Penyi Senior High School to temporary step down from his position as they investigate his allerged involvement in sexual misconduct with some of the female students
Mr Joshua Vidzro has been instructed to formally hand over all officials duties , responsibilities, records, and any property of the Dzodze-Penyi SHS presently under his custody to the Municipal Director of Education for Ketu North.
He has further been instructed to vacate the premises of the school immediately after the official handling over effective Monday December 8th, refrain from the said students and also make himself available to assist in the ongoing investigation.
The directive which came from the office of the Ghana Education Services further stated that, this directive does not constitute a determination or presumption of guilt on the part of Mr. Joshua Vidzro, but is an administrative measure issued in
furtherance of due process and institutional accountability.
However, the Municipal Director of Education for Ketu North has been directed to take charge of the administration and management of the School until further notice.
