AWA Flight to Ho: Pilots, aircraft engineers to be trained in future

The Agbogbomefia of Asogli State, Togbe Afede XIV and Founder of African World Airline, AWA has hinted of the readiness of AWA to establish Aircraft Maintenance Organisation and to train more human resource personnel needed for the aviation sector.

Togbe Afede XIV was on board Embraer 145 of the African World Airlines that landed at the Ho Airport on Thursday, April 15, 2021 to begin it’s commercial operations from Ho to Accra at GH 99.00

According to him, much work will depend on patronage whilst looking beyond that to train more people.

The pilot for the first flight is Captain Kwesi Oteng.

The short ceremony was attended by the Volta Regional Minister, Dr. Yao Letsa and officials of the Ghana Airport Company and Civil Aviation Authority.
