Ho central constituency Member of Parliament has donated over 15,000 exercise books to learners in the constituency on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
The donation was witnessed by Chiefs of the Asogli traditional council as well as the Ho Municipal Education Director, Dr.Esther Yeboah and her entourage.
The MP for Ho Central, Hon. Edem Kofi Kpotosu urged learners present to take their learning seriously for the betterment of the nation.
” To my dear learners, I entreat you to take your learning seriously. You are the future of this country and so you need to learn hard for the betterment of the country as a whole.”
The Member of Parliament appealed to parents to take up responsibilities by providing their children with the basic needs that will help them go to school with free mind.
” Now to our parents. I am pleading with you to take up your responsibilities. Provide your children with the basic needs so that the learners will go to school with clean mind. ”
Hon. Edem Kofi Kpotosu promised to provide uniforms to learners with extreme damage to their uniforms.
The Ho municipal director of education Dr Esther Adzo Yeboah-Adzimah who received the books, encouraged the learners of more packages and that they should take their learning seriously.
The donation forms part of the MPs commitment in improving basic education in the constituency.
