EX TV GH People Matter
A former member of the Council of State, His Eminence, Francis Albert Seth Nyonyo who was seeking re-election, beat off competition from 8 others to represent the Volta Region for the second time on the Council of State.
In what can be described as a two-horse race, Nyonyo defeated his closest contender , Robert Castro Mediale with 2 votes to emerge victorious.
Both candidates polled 19 and 17 votes respectively with the other contestants having all scored zero at the polls.
